Below you will find helpful information about Trashy Diva policies and procedures from placing orders to making returns and exchanges. We highly recommend you take a look and become familiar with these policies before placing an order with us. As you know sizes can sell out minutes after launch, in order to serve as many customers as possible we ask you please limit your purchase to one size per style. If you have any sizing or fit questions please reach out to customer service before placing an order. Ordering multiples sizes per style will delay the processing of your order. 
If you have a wedding or special event coming up and need to order multiples for a bridal party, etc. please reach out to customerservice@trashydiva.com so we can accommodate your request. We look forward to being part of your special day!Items available for pre-order will be clearly labeled and have an anticipated shipping date within the item description. By placing a pre-order you guarantee your selected item in your size. Your order will be shipped to you immediately upon the collections arrival to our warehouse. If you are ordering in-stock items as well as pre-order items at the same time, your order will be held until all items are ready to ship together. 

    No coupon needed to get free ground shipping in the US. If you'd like your item shipped internationally, economy shipping is free for orders of $400 or more.

    Orders are processed and shipped through our office in New Orleans, Monday-Friday, excluding postal holidays. We process orders daily and usually have orders shipped within 1-2 business days. Sometimes during collection launches, sale events, if your items are being gathered from retail locations, pre-orders or local weather, processing can extend to 3-5 business days or more. Please allow 1-2 day processing for in-store pickup at our brick and mortar locations and note that these orders must be picked up within 5 business days. If your order is not picked up within 5 business days you will be contacted to arrange shipment. If your order contains pre-order items as well as in-stock items your order will be shipped when all items are ready to ship together. If you need your in-stock items immediately please place separate orders. 

    If you have specific delivery needs such as overnight with Saturday delivery, there is an additional charge and special arrangements will need to be made. Please reach out to customer service so we can assist in getting your order to you the best way possible and for processing time of your specific items. If you were unable to contact customer service prior to placing your order email customerservice@trashydiva.com  immediately after your order is placed so we can assist you. It is your responsibility to let us know if you have a deadline for package delivery. 

    Please be aware that all international parcels may be subject to import taxes, duties, brokerage or customs fees upon delivery, and are the responsibility of the customer. Please understand that we unfortunately cannot control or prevent any delays within customs.  If you refuse duties or fees on your package and choose to have it sent back to Trashy Diva, any handling fees charged to our account getting the package back to us will be deducted from your refund. If a package is refused and lost/abandoned in transit on the way back to us there will be no refunds. Due to Covid-19 international orders may have extreme delivery delay which we have no control over. 

    • FLASH SALES - Items purchased during a flash sale or black friday type promotions are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
    • MARKDOWNS - Items that are marked down in the sale section are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
    • FINAL SALE - Items marked FINAL SALE or 50% off of the original price can not be returned or exchanged. These purchases are final no exceptions.
    Trashy Diva will honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise permanently marked down within 15 days from the date of purchase.

    Price adjustments do not apply to the following :

    • Items purchased with a promotional discount
    • Items purchased at full-price that then go on a temporary promotion (ie. Flash Sale, Sale on Sale, etc.)
    • Items purchased from the SALE category.

      To better serve you, we are now processing all returns and exchanges via Returnly.  After your return is authorized (authorizations are processed Monday - Friday during business hours), you'll receive a shipping label to use via email. Only the actual return shipping charge will be deducted if you opt for a refund.

      When making an exchange, we cover all shipping charges both directions for the first exchange. Your shipping label will allow both you and us to track your package en route and will let you know when it is received. Please ship your return within 14 business days from the date your order was delivered. Returns received after 14 business days are eligible for store credit only.

      • After one exchange your order will become a return and the balance will be credited as a gift card. You will need to place a new order on our website for whichever items you would like to purchase.
      • We always suggest dropping off your package at the post office and obtaining a receipt of shipment. This is your record of shipping the package back to us and getting the tracking started.
      • We are not responsible for lost return packages that have no tracking information.

      If an entire order that received free shipping is returned for a refund, the actual original shipping costs will also be deducted from your refund.

      The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

      • Worn merchandise
      • Merchandise with original tags removed
      • Shipping charges (unless we have shipped something in error)
      • Final Sale merchandise (any item 50% or more off)
      • Items purchased in person from a Trashy Diva brick and mortar location
      • Products marked as non-returnable or final sale on the product pages
      • Purchases more than 14 calendar days old
      Please contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization number. You may ship with the carrier of your choice, but please ensure that the package is trackable as we are not responsible for lost packages.
      • Trashy Diva does not offer international return shipping services but will cover the cost of shipping an exchange back to you.
      • Please ship your return within 14 business days from the date your order was delivered. Returns received after that 14 business day period are eligible for store credit only.

      If an entire order that received free shipping is returned for a refund, the actual original shipping costs will also be deducted from your refund.

      Exchanges are only returnable for store credit.

      The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

      Should you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can make arrangements for repair or replacement. Items that have been previously worn are not eligible for replacement or repair. 

      If you receive an incorrect item or additional item in your order, please contact us immediately so we can make arrangements to get the correct items to you or the additional items sent back to us.
